Why subprocessor changes matter

When a SaaS vendor adds a subprocessor, your data may start flowing to a new company — often with a contractual window (commonly 30 days under GDPR-style DPAs) in which you can object. Vendors typically overwrite their published lists, so the history disappears. We keep the dated record.
